About the Role

As the HR Manager at HawksCode, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee development to policy implementation and culture building. You’ll work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure we maintain a thriving, innovative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Design and oversee employee training and development programs
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Implement initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement
  • Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
  • Conduct regular HR analytics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in HR or MBA
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Knowledge of talent management in a global context
  • Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics
  • Experience with change management and organizational development
