About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at HawksCode, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients. You’ll work to understand their business needs, ensure successful product adoption, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Location: Jaipur Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of HawksCode solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio
  • Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations
  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to the product team
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices
  • Create and deliver product training sessions for clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on retention and expansion initiatives
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly with B2B software products
  • Knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to software implementation
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certifications in customer success or project management
