About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at HawksCode, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall growth strategy through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Optimize website content for SEO and lead generation
- Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms
- Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with marketing goals
- Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B tech sector
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with web analytics and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Preferred:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing certifications
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with video production and editing
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience in the software or IT services industry
