HR Executive Intern

HawksCode is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive Intern to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations functions.

This role provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate coordination, onboarding processes, and HR documentation. It is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
  
• Post job openings on portals and social platforms
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  
• Support onboarding documentation and employee records
  
• Assist in drafting HR policies and internal communications
  
• Support engagement initiatives and performance tracking
  
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
  
• Experience handling candidate communications
