Digital Marketing Intern

HawksCode is looking for a performance-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Intern to support our online growth and brand visibility initiatives.

This role focuses on executing digital campaigns, improving organic reach, generating leads, and optimizing performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization
  
• Create and schedule content for social media and blogs
  
• Assist in running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
  
• Support email marketing campaigns
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  
• Strong communication and content-writing skills
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
  
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or similar
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience running paid ad campaigns
  
• Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation
  
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools
  
• Experience managing LinkedIn growth campaigns
