Social Media Marketing Intern

HawksCode is seeking a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and digital growth across multiple platforms.

This role focuses on content planning, campaign execution, engagement strategies, and analytics tracking to drive measurable growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule social media content calendars
  
• Create engaging captions, posts, and short-form content ideas
  
• Manage daily posting and audience engagement
  
• Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities
  
• Assist in running paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
  
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
  
• Collaborate with design and video teams for content production
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and growth benchmarking
  
• Support brand-building initiatives across digital platforms
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
  
• Strong writing and communication skills
  
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
  
• Basic knowledge of content strategy and engagement techniques
  
• Analytical mindset to interpret social media insights
  
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools

• Experience managing business social media accounts
  
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising
  
• Understanding of LinkedIn growth strategy
  
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
