Business Development Executive Intern

HawksCode is seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive Intern to support revenue growth and strategic expansion initiatives.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and assisting in closing partnerships and client deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
  • Follow up with leads and support deal closure process
  • Support revenue-focused campaigns and growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and business models
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or client coordination
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
  • Understanding of B2B business development
  • Exposure to CRM tools
