Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring Business Development Executives who can identify potential clients, pitch IT services, build relationships, and drive new business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities via online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns.

  • Pitch HawksCode’s software & AI services to potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

  • Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams.

  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to present technical services in simple language.

  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
