Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are hiring Business Development Executives who can identify potential clients, pitch IT services, build relationships, and drive new business growth.
Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities via online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns.

Pitch HawksCode’s software & AI services to potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams.

Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
-
1–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to present technical services in simple language.

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
