Use the free trial to explore all features. Business verification typically takes 3 days to 4 weeks, after which you can have up to 25 conversations (each being a 24-hour messaging window per phone number).

During the 14-day free trial, you get full access to all features, but messaging may have some restrictions if your Facebook Business Verification is pending.
Restrictions include:
– Unlimited incoming messages, but you can chat with only 10 unique users per day.
– Notifications can be sent to 2 unique users daily using pre-approved WhatsApp templates.
Complete Facebook business verification before the trial ends to unlock full functionality. Until then, you can send messages to a limited set of phone numbers.
When creating a WhatsApp Business account, you must verify your Facebook business page, which may require documents like a certificate of incorporation or a business license.
Before verification, you can test messaging by sending free test messages to a limited range of numbers. Uploading official documents unlocks an expanded trial with more messaging options.
Test Message Types:
– Notifications: One-way messages (e.g., appointment reminders, shipping confirmations) using WhatsApp-approved templates.
– Trial & Expanded Trial: 2 phone numbers, 10 messages per day.
– Customer Care: Two-way conversations (e.g., product inquiries).
– Trial & Expanded Trial: 10 phone numbers, 25 conversations (each a 24-hour messaging window).
The trial and expanded trial expire in 14 days.
To make the most of your free trial, start your Facebook Business Verification process right away. Once verified, messaging restrictions will be lifted, and you’ll have unlimited access. During the trial, you can explore messaging without any upfront payment.
Begin verification by submitting the required details for Facebook approval. The process typically takes 3 business days to 4 weeks.
Note: Complete verification before your 14-day trial ends. Until then, messaging is limited to a select set of phone numbers. Once verified, you’ll unlock full functionality.

There are two components to the HawksCode pricing structure:
1. Subscription charges – based on the plan you choose for your business, this is a monthly/annual recurring charge and is auto charged by on your saved payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
2. WhatsApp conversation charges – initiated by your Business and/or by your Customers/Users. This is deducted from your Prepaid Wallet.
For WhatsApp Conversations initiated by your Business via One-time Campaigns, your Prepaid Wallet on would get deducted upon setting any campaign live. Should your campaigns be cancelled before delivering or for messages that didn’t get delivered due to any reason, your deducted amount for such failed messages gets added back into your wallet at the end of the day.
Yes. You will get alerts for deductions, recharge, low balance (below INR 1000) & insufficient balance (below 0).
You can make payments by clicking on the ‘Add Balance’ button on the wallet tab in your account. Just recharge using the payment gateway/method of your choice and the credits will be reflected in your wallet balance.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to pay later since the platform will now be tightly coupled with the wallet balance. If the wallet balance goes negative, then all your campaigns could get paused, including ongoing campaigns or calls made from public APIs.
There is no minimum balance requirement at the moment. However, we strongly suggest maintaining a balance of INR 1000 or above for reducing the possibility of the account getting paused.
No, all our plans are billed in INR. If you wish to pay in a different currency, you can estimate the approximate cost of our subscriptions based on the conversion rates.

When you send a notification to your customer via WhatsApp Business platform, they are chargeable if your customer has not replied in the last 24 hours. The charges depend on the country code of your customers’ WhatsApp account. We bill these charges on actuals to you without any surcharge.

Automatic Payment method is introduced to ease the process of monthly billing & payments that is debited from your account.
According to the Reserve Bank of India, all banks & card issuers need to follow the e-mandate guidelines to set up automatic payment for their customers. If the amount is below INR 15,000, the payment can be auto-debited from the card, else an OTP will be required for amount above INR 15000.

Businesses with Official Business Account (OBA) status on WhatsApp receive a green tick next to their name, visible even if their number isn’t saved by users.
Once you switch to a paid subscription, you can apply for the green tick for free. However, WhatsApp solely decides approval based on factors like brand credibility, social media presence, external media listings, and domain ranking.
To apply, contact support and submit a request. Approval typically takes 3 business days. Once granted, your business name and green tick will appear to users.
If rejected, it won’t affect your ability to use WhatsApp Business API.
Yes, you can use an existing WhatsApp number. However, you will need to first delete the account linked to that, prior to onboarding with HawksCode.
If number is being used by another Business API, you still can get it migrated to after getting the 2 Factor Authorization (2FA) pin disabled from your current BSP. Or, you can just provide a new phone number on which you can receive an OTP – this could be a virtual number or a regular SIM number.
Once migrated to WhatsApp Business API and linked, the number can be accessed on only.
If it is a virtual number that is tied to then normal voice calls can be made as usual, but WhatsApp voice and video calls cannot be supported via WhatsApp Business API.
When it comes to selecting a number to be used for Interakt, you can use any valid number that can receive an OTP via SMS or a voice call. This could be a virtual number or a regular SIM number.
If you have an existing WhatsApp API account with some provider, you can now migrate it to HawksCode.
Subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable.
By choosing to pay for a subscription plan, you acknowledge that e-mandate will be enabled on your card and you will be auto-debited for the subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges incurred till the last day of your subscription.
HawksCode does not provide refunds for cases where you don’t use the platform or stopped using the platform for any reason whatsoever but did not cancel your subscription. Charges will be levied to your card until your subscription is cancelled.
